Anterior approach to the cervical spine to remove diseased disc, decompress the spinal cord or nerves, and fuse the segment.

ACDF addresses cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy from disc herniation or spondylosis at one or more levels.

Fusion limits motion at the treated level to maintain alignment and prevent recurrent compression.
