Workers' compensation & personal injury
If your visit is related to a work injury or a liability or motor-vehicle claim, billing and documentation rules can differ from routine health insurance. The notes below describe how we typically coordinate care in these situations. Your carrier, employer, or plan may have additional requirements.
Workers' compensation
Texas workers' compensation is a state-regulated system. Treatment often requires notice to the employer, carrier approval, and use of network providers when applicable. Our team can help you understand what information we need (claim number, adjuster contact, authorization when required) so visits, imaging, and procedures can be scheduled in line with carrier rules.
We provide medical evaluation and treatment documentation as appropriate for your care. We do not determine benefit eligibility or legal outcomes; those questions belong to your employer, carrier, or legal counsel.
Personal injury & motor vehicle accidents
After an accident, coverage may involve auto medical benefits (for example PIP or Med Pay where available), health insurance, or third-party liability. Arrangements vary by policy and case. When you contact us, please share any claim numbers, insurer contacts, or instructions from your attorney or adjuster so we can route billing questions correctly.
Our focus is on diagnosing and treating spine and neurological conditions. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If you have counsel, we can cooperate with authorized requests for records consistent with applicable privacy laws.
